'Swachhta Pakhwada' was started at ICAR-Directorate of Weed Research, Jabalpur on 16.12.2024. Director inaugurated the ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ on 16.12.2024 at ICAR-DWR Main Gate and Dr. K.K. Barman, Pr. Scientist and Mr. T. Lakhera, AAO informed about the date wise activities to be done/organized during 16-31 December, 2024 at the Directorate and other places. Dr. VK Choudhary, Principal Scientist informed about the arrangements made to celebrate Swachhta Pakhwada.
Banners of the Swachhta Pakhwada were displayed at main gate & prominent places of the Directorate. Swachhta Pledge (Oath) was taken by all the staff and committed to make self, community, society, villages, cities clean. Around 50 persons participated in the inaugural programme of Swachhata Pakhwada.
