The ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ was launched on 16.12.2018 at ICAR-Directorate of Weed Research, Jabalpur. Dr. P.K. Singh, Director inaugurated the ‘Swachhata Pakhwada’ on 16.12.2018 at ICAR-DWR, Jabalpur. In his inaugural address, he appraised the purpose & detail of activities to be undertaken/oraginzed during 16 – 31 December, 2018.

Director at length and briefed about the swachhata, adoption of eco-friendly practices, sanitation practices like using a toilet, hand-washing, importance of cleanliness in our office/campuses and our society.

Banner of the Swachhta Pakhwada was displayed at main gate & prominent places of the Directorate. The Swachhta Shapath (Oath) was taken by all the staff/participants and committed to make self, community, society, villages, cities clean.
