Parthenium uprooting programme   (18 August, 2016)

On 18th August 2016, all the scientists and staff participated in the Parthenium uprooting programme under the leadership of Dr. A.R. Sharma, Director, ICAR-DWR.

Parthenium plants infesting road sided along the Directorate’s boundary were uprooted, collected and brought to the Directorate to make the compost. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Sushil Kumar, Pr. Scientist.
